Dangerous Minds Brewing to Host an Indian Food Dinner

For $16, get three different curry dishes.

Adam Bowring sells a chicken tikka masala pizza at Dangerous Minds Brewing Co. The brewpub’s co-owner gets so many requests to make it with curry that he’s decided to host a full curry dinner.

On Tuesday, Feb. 23, Bowring will cook all three dishes from scratch in the Pompano Beach brewpub’s kitchen to serve from 6 to 9 p.m.

Beer will be sold separately, but Bowring still has recommendations on what will pair best with the food.

Supplies are limited. So reservations are recommended. Call the brewery at (954) 657 – 8676 to make yours.

All dishes will come with lemon and curry rice, and garlic naan bread…

1. Butter chicken

Rich, creamy, aromatic chicken curry.

2. Curry chickpea saag

Medium-spiced spinach and chickpea curry. It’s the one vegan dish.

3. Lamb Keema Matar

Ground lamb and green pea curry with bold spicy flavors.
