Laser Wolf to Host Tripping Animals Brewing for Tap Takeover

This Friday, you can drink from 11 taps of Tripping Animals’ beer in Broward County.
It’s Tripping Animals’ first Broward County taproom takeover of 2021 and the brewery’s biggest to date.
This Friday, from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Laser Wolf – located at 901 Progresso Drive in Fort Lauderdale – will have 11 Tripping Animals beers in its taproom.
“The people from Broward County have been an amazing support,” Ignacio Jose Montenegro, a Tripping Animals Brewing co-owner, told Broward Beer. “We just want to bring our beer closer to their homes.”
Tex-Mex food will be provided by Laser Wolf’s four-month-old food truck “Taco Bellus.” Here’s the variety of beers ranging from a Mexican lager to a cheesecake-inspired sour ale…
1. No Mames
- Style: Mexican Lager
- Flavor: Crisp, easy drinking.
- ABV: 6%
2. Everhaze
- Style: Hazy IPA
- Flavor: Brewed with Cashmere, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Tropical earthy notes upfront with hoppy bitter finish.
- ABV: 7%
3. Bandido
- Style: Single-hop mosaic IPA
- Flavor: Citrusy with passionfruit, and bitter hoppy finish. Easy drinking.
- ABV: 6%
4. Limonada Rosada
- Style: Sour Ale
- Flavor: Inspired by pink lemonade. Conditioned with raspberry, strawberry, and lemons.
- ABV: 6%
5. Street Danny
- Style: Double IPA
- Flavor: Hazy with citrus notes, orange peel. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc and El Dorado.
- ABV: 8.5%
6. No-Bake Cranberry Cheesecake
- Style: Fruited sour ale
- Flavor: Sour beer from pie series. Conditioned with cranberry, cheesecake, Madagascar vanilla, and milk sugar.
- ABV: 6%
7. Booby
- Style: Triple New England IPA – a collaboration with Burley Oak Brewing Co.
- Flavor: Conditioned with tangerine. Hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Cashmere Cryo.
- ABV: 10%
8. Pinkies Up!
- Style: Sour Ale
- Flavor: Conditioned with passionfruit, guava, peach, and brown sugar.
- ABV: 6%
9. Street Iker
- Style: Double IPA
- Flavor: Hopped with Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Cryo, and Comet.
- ABV: 8.7%
10. Crazy Blue Raspberry Fanta and Ice Cream
- Style: Sour Ale – a collaboration with Urban South Brewing
- Flavor: Blue Raspberry Fanta, raspberry, strawberry, and ice cream.
- ABV: 6%
11. Can of Worms
- Style: Double IPA
- Flavor: Notes of pineapple, nectarine, dank hints, silky smooth with a touch of sweetness.
- ABV: 8.5%
