Barrel of Monks Brewery Throw Down: BOM Vs. Tripping Animals Brewing

On Sunday, Feb. 27, at 6 p.m., Barrel of Monks in Boca will host Tripping Animals Brewing for a beer and food pairing challenge. Cheffrey Eats, Barrel of Monks’ regular food truck Cheffrey Eats will cook four dishes. Both breweries need to pair a beer with each dish on the fly. Neither brewery will know the dishes in advance. Guests vote on which brewery did the best job pairing their beer with the meal. Tickets are $75 and have quickly sold out on previous brewery throw-down events.
